1. What Ellemen is

Ellemen is an editorial affiliate website. We publish product deals, coupon codes, brand directories, reviews, consumer insights, and price comparisons. We provide information and outbound links to third-party merchants.

We do not sell the products shown on the Site. We do not take payment for merchandise, hold inventory, or handle shipping, returns, warranties, or merchant customer service. Those obligations belong to the retailer you buy from.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. Member accounts are for individuals (or authorized representatives of a business) using accurate registration details.

3. Affiliate relationships

4. Prices, codes, and availability

Prices, stock, taxes, duty, shipping fees, and coupon validity change without notice. A price or code on Ellemen is a snapshot or editorial note, not a binding offer from us. 5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You may update profile details, manage favorites and alerts, export data, or delete your account from Member center → Security where available. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Site or violate these Terms.

6. User submissions

If you submit deals, codes, brands, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to review, edit, publish, or reject that material. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. Submissions stay private until an editor publishes them.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us (if any) for Site access in the 12 months before the claim.
